Do I have to be registered to make my purchase?
You don't have to. You can make the purchase as a guest. You only have to enter the essential data to place the order.
How do I buy in Vuvalu?
When you have found the desired garment, you must select the size you need (see the size guide) and color (if there are several). We recommend that you have your child's measurements handy, to avoid future problems or returns, and thus enjoy your purchase as soon as possible. However, the size guides are only indicative. Once you have selected the size and colour you want, you must click on ADD TO CART If you want to add more products to your basket, you must click on CONTINUE SHOPPING and you will return to the home page, where you will be able to access all the categories of the store to choose other products.
When you have all the desired items in the cart, click CONTINUE. At this moment, if you have not logged in with your user (previous registration), you will be able to continue the purchase as a guest and you will have to enter the minimum data necessary to be able to make the purchase. The fields with an asterisk are mandatory and the system will not let you continue until you fill them.
Remember that if you have a discount code, you have to enter it so that we can apply it.
To finalize you must accept the Terms and Conditions of use that we invite you to read in order to finalize the purchase.

What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?
We have the following payment methods: Credit/debit card and Paypal.
Why can my credit card be rejected?
Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:
· The card may be expired. Check the validity date of your card.
· The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.
· Some data entered may be incorrect. Check that you have filled in all the necessary fields correctly.
Can I get an invoice in my name or in the name of my company?
Of course. You only have to write us an email through our Contact form with your order number and we will send it to you as soon as possible.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?
Yes, the data is transmitted in encrypted form using the SSL protocol. For payment by bank card, only SEC (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted. After verifying that the card is adhered to the SEC system, the system will contact the bank that issued it for the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
Do the prices have their corresponding tax applied?
The prices of the products shown on the page include the Value Added Tax (VAT) that may be applicable.

What is the ordering process?
Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the data. We will verify the payment and get started. Once everything is ready, your order will be picked up by the transport company, and delivered to the address you have completed. It is essential that you provide us with a mobile phone number, as you will receive an SMS from the transport company.
Where can I receive my order?
You can receive it at the address of your choice (home, work, etc.) or at the Correos Express office closest to your home. Due to operational reasons, orders cannot be received in a post office box.
What happens if I am not at the delivery address provided?
The delivery process of Correos Express is as follows:
Correos Express makes the delivery attempt without prior notice. In the event that the recipient of the order is not at the address provided, Correos Express will leave a notice of failed delivery and send an SMS message, with contact information, so that the recipient can arrange a new delivery date, or to pick it up. Correos Express will send a second SMS, if it does not receive indications from the addressee, after 12 calendar days have passed since the delivery attempt took place. From this moment, the recipient will have 3 more calendar days to contact Correos Express, before the package is returned to Vuvalu. Shipping costs will not be refunded in this case.
What happens if a garment breaks during transport?
If a garment breaks or deteriorates during transport, we will send it back to you free of charge.
Can the country of delivery be different from the country of purchase?
We ship to Spain (peninsula), the Balearic Islands and Europe.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipments to mainland Spain, Andorra and Portugal take between 4-7 working days (Iberian Peninsula) once payment is confirmed by the customer.
Shipments to Europe take between 5-10 working days.
How much do I have to pay in shipping costs?
Check the product page, as shipping costs may vary for each product.
